I developed a few draft questions for use in our interview process tomorrow. Feel free to add/change questions as you
see fit:
1. Provide us a background of your proposal and experience?
2. What is your direct experience in obtaining interest for restaurants to lease space?
3. What is your availability to show the facility to interested clients/parties?
4. In what ways/methods/channels do you believe you will be able to best seek interest for leasing of the restaurant
facility?
5. Do you have any direct experience negotiating commercial lease agreements?
