AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING OR-
DINANCE NO. 63 -107 TO ESTABLISH•A
FILING FEE OF THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS
FOR SUBDIVISION
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 63 -107 is hereby amended as
follows:
(a) Section 308(a) is hereby repealed.
(b) Section 308(a) is hereby added to read as follows:
"(a) Three Hundred Dollars for each subdivision
other than a subdivision consolidating properties into one (1)
lot, or for a subdivision for the purpose of reversion to acreage."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
This ordinance is found to be an ordinance necessary for the public
peace, health and safety pursuant to Section 36937 (b) of the
Government Code. The fact supporting this declaration of urgency
is that Ordinance 63 -107 becomes effective on April 8, 1964, and
that all amendments become effective concurrently with Ordinances
112, 107 and 124, and which will become the law of Temple City
upon said April 8, 1964: that hence the City Council finds this
Ordinance to be one necessary for the public peace, health and
safety and it should as aforestated become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 1964, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Dickason, Fitzjohn, Merritt, Tyrell, Nunamaker
NOES: Councilmen- None
