WItEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has received certain nloney to Regional
Contribution Agreements (RCA) f`unds: and
WIIEREAS, thc Borough is undertaking an extensive scattered site rehabilitation
program to utilize said RCA fimds; and
NO,V, TItEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of' tine
