COUNCIL “BROWN BAGEL” WORK SESSION, SEPTEMBER 12, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The September 12, 2013, Brown Bagel W ork Session was then convened at 7:32 A.M.
by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, and Scrivner
Absent: Bray, Graham, and Schulte
Arrived After Meeting Convened: Carroll (7:33 A.M.) and Henry (7:34 A.M.)
A quorum was present after the arrival of Councilwoman Carroll at 7:33 A.M.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
City Counselor Drew Hilpert explained the format which will be followed for the
Conference Center Public Hearings. A press release will be issued so the public will
know the dates, times, format, and how to sign up in advance to speak at those
hearings.
*Councilwoman Carroll and Councilman Henry arrived during a lengthy discussion on
the public hearings.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 A.M.
