COUNCIL “BROWN BAGEL” WORK SESSION, OCTOBER 17, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The October 17, 2013, Brown Bagel W ork Session was then convened at 7:37 A.M. with
the arrival of President Pro Tempore Bob Scrivner in the absence of Mayor Eric
Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich
Arrived after Meeting Convened: Carroll (7:44 A.M.) and Scrivner (7:37 a.m.)

Absent: Bray, Prather, and Schulte
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Mihalevich announced a joint Ward One and Ward Two meeting will be held
on Saturday, November 2 from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. at the Capital City Christian Church on
Swifts Highway.
*Mayor Struemph arrived at 7:40 A.M. and assumed the Chair.
Councilwoman Carroll arrived at 7:44 A.M. during staff presentation of bill 2013-96.
Planning and Protective Services Director Janice McMillan stated that the two bills on
the Informal Calendar, 2013-75 and 2013-76, would need to be withdrawn by the
sponsor at the request of the developers who intend to file a new application for that
development in the near future.

The meeting adjourned at 8:02 A.M.
