SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING, OCTOBER 17, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The Special City Council Meeting of October 17, 2013, was convened at 5:30 P.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at roll-call:
Present: Branch, Bray, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Schulte, and
Scrivner
Absent: Carroll and Prather
A quorum was present.
GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Eric Struemph stated that, pursuant to Sec. 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of
Missouri, the Chair would entertain a motion to go into Closed Session at this time to
discuss the following:
a. Sealed Bids and Related Documents [Sec. 610.021.(12)]
The motion was made by Councilman Bob Scrivner to go into Closed Session for the
above-stated reason, seconded by Councilman Carlos M. Graham, and approved by
the following roll-call vote:
Aye: Branch, Bray, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Schulte, and Scrivner
Nay: None
