Board: Mayor Peggy Smith; Trustees; Philip Naill, Eileen Waldow, Vesta Shapiro,
Cheri Sanders, Cody Clayton Taylor, Jane Mather, Katie Soles and Andy
Miller
Staff: Town Manager Jeff Durbin; Town Clerk, Lu Berger; Finance Manager Nat
Havens; Public Works Director Allen Nordin;; Police Chief, Glen Trainor,

Mayor Smith called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
1. Roll Call
2. Approval of Agenda
Trustee Shapiro moved, and Trustee Naill seconded the motion to approve the agenda.
Motion carried: 4-0.
3. Approval of March 26, 2014 Minutes
Trustee Waldow moved, and Trustee Shapiro seconded the motion to approve the
minutes. Motion carried: 4-0.
4. Clerk Report of 2014 Election Results

Cheri Sanders addressed the Board regarding her tenure as a Board member thanking
the Board, staff and citizens. Cheri also addressed the Board as a lifelong resident
expressing her hope for the future of Fraser.
Rick Edelson asked the Board on the status of the BPP agreement, passed at the March
26, 2014 Board meeting.
9. Public Hearing - None
10. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding
a) Appointment of Appointed Officers as provided by the Town Code:
i) Town Clerk— Lu Berger
ii) Town Treasurer— Nat Havens
iii) Town Attorney— Rod McGowan
iv) Municipal Judge— Georgia Noriyuki
TM Durbin recommended approval of all appointments.
Trustee Naill moved, and Trustee Taylor seconded the motion to approve the
Appointment of Appointed Officers as provided by the Town Code. Motion carried: 7-0.
b) Appointment of Mayor Pro Tem as provided by the Town Code
TM Durbin outlined the need for the appointment of a Mayor Pro Tem.
Trustee Miller nominated and Trustee Mather seconded the nomination of Eileen
Waldow as Mayor Pro Tem.
Trustee Taylor nominated and Trustee Soles seconded the nomination of Philip Naill as
Mayor Pro Tem.
Trustee Taylor moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to close the
nominations, which motion was approved by unanimous vote. A vote on the
nominations was then taken and Philip Nail[ was chosen as Mayor Pro Tem, by a vote of
4 to 3. Motion carried: 4-3.
C) 2014 Work Plan Discussion
TM Durbin briefed the Board on the work plan the town is currently working on for 2014
and asked for their feedback regarding the plan, their interests and prioritization of the
projects was discussed.

Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Taylor seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: 7-0. Meetin ur at 7:00 p.m.
