We offer to furnish and install the following equipment by High Tide Technologies of
Nashville, TN. We will utilize Verizon's cellular telemetry and web based access.

4 - Model HTT-900 for your lift stations. The inputs will be:

(1) High Level Alarm
(1) Low Level Alarm
(2) Pump Failure
It is assumed that tese contacts are available to us in the pump control panel.
1 - Model HTT-2100 installed at the Water Pollution Control Plant to monitor the
water system. We will monitor the tank levels and the well status. We will also
monitor the alarms that the Raco Alarm dialer now monitors. This includes the
necessary I/O blocks on your existing ICL master.
1 - High Tide Model 200 Manhole monitor which is solar powered. It comes with
one high level
float.
