AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB
OWNER'S LICENSE TO MAIMOONA JANJUA
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab Owner's
License for the 2023 License Term by Maimoona Janjua, trading as
ECONOMY CAR SERVICES, LLC
WHEREAS, the qualifications of the applicants have been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department and said department recommends that a Taxicab Owner's License for
the 2023 License Term be granted to the applicant. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HE, RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue Maimoona Janjua a Taxicab Owner's License for the 2023 License
Term.
Adopted this 19d' day of January, 2023
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 20, 2023.
