Please provide all letters received by the Town of Gulf Stream from any
party, which assert or address Ms. Patsy Randolph and her bad conduct.

THIS REQUEST IS MADE PURSUANT TO PUBLIC RECORDS ACT,
CHAPTER 119 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES AND IS ALSO REQUESTED UNDER THE COMMON
LAW RIGHT TO KNOW, THE COMMON LAW RIGHT OF ACCESS; AND ANY STATUTORY
RIGHT TO KNOW (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY STATUTORY RIGHT OF
ACCESS, AS APPLICABLE). THIS REQUEST IS ALSO MADE PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS OF
THE REQUESTOR PROVIDED IN THE FLORIDA CONSTITUTION.
IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS RECORDS REQUEST BE FULFILLED IN ELECTRONIC FORM. IF
NOT AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORM, IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS RECORDS REQUEST BE

Re: Patsy Randolph
Dear Mr. Thrasher:
I write this letter which is intended to be a formal complaint regarding the
conduct of Ms. Patsy Randolph.
In connection with the above, I ask that you kindly note the following:
A few months back, Ms. Randolph was observed in the Commission
Chambers, speaking to you, with the subject being that Mr. Chris
O'Hare as well as the undersigned should be kept out of the
Commission Chambers and not allowed to participate in activities
within the Chambers. I feel that this is a violation of my rights and
the rights of Mr. O'Hare; and, if anyone should be expelled from the
Commission Chambers it should be Ms. Randolph.
With regard to the paragraph above, I queried Ms. Randolph as to her
statements. She opted to remain silent, which is akin to asserting
one's Fifth Amendment Rights to remain silent. Frankly, I don't blame
her for hiding behind the then head of the Ad Hoc Committee (Mr.
Soardman's) pant leg.
2. During a recent meeting in the Commission Chambers, Ms. Randolph
used the word "douche bag". I am assuming that the word douche bag

violates the Mayor's decorum policy, although, I cannot make that
statement affirmatively, considering the vagueness of the decorum
policy. Also, I point out that if it is a violation it is wrong and just
another example of overreaching by the small man himself (our
Mayor).
I would like to know how you intend to deal with Ms. Randolph's atrocious
conduct.
