F- Are short-term rentals classified in the community's rate structure a commercial or residential?' Does the community have a different rate for water and sewer usage than the residential rate? Are shore -term rentals addressed in the community's zoning code? Yes, we only allow them in R-3, Nigh Density Residential, zoning. If they existed prior to 2000 in either the R-1 or R-2 zoning districts. then they are grandfathered, but only if they have kept their resort rental permits active.
