RE -APPOINTING CARMELA POGORZELSKI
TO THE POSITION OF MUNICIPAL CLERK
WHEREAS, the Borough is required to appoint a municipal clerk in the Borough; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Clerk Carmela Pogorzelski is qualified to hold said position; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make an appointment to said
position for a third term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that
CARMELAPOGORZELSKI
be and is hereby re -appointed to the position of municipal clerk, for the third consecutive
term and therefore becoming tenured in said position, effective January 1, 2023.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 20, 2023.
