AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND/OR APPROPRIATE
BOROUGH OFFICIALS.TO EXECUTE A UEZ FUNDING APPLICATION -
CARTE' RE SHOPPING CENTER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and/or the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute a
funding application with the UEZ with regard to the Carteret Shopping Center owned by
JLJ Associates for Capital Improve ents in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
