HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrdinance 64-1261 ORDINANCE NO. 64 -126 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO CORRECT DUPLICATION OF CODE NUMBERS AND TO ASSIGN NUMBERS TO PREVIOUSLY UN- NUMBERED ORDINANCE SECTIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO!S: SECTION 1. The following sections are added to or re- numbered in the Temple City Municipal Code: (a) Sections 6100 through 6103, adopted by Ordinance No. 60 -10, are re- numbered 6200 through 6203. (b) Sections 1 through 6 of Ordinance No. 60 -11 are added to the Municipal Code as Sections 4268 through 4272. (c) Sections 1 through 6 of Ordinance No. 61 -28 are added to the Municipal Code as Sections 4269 through 4273. (d) Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance 60 -18 are added to the Municipal Code as Sections 3304.1 and 3305. (e) Sections 1 through 9 of Ordinance No. 60 -21 are added to the Municipal Code as Sections 7201 through 7202.7. (f) Sections 1 through 9 of Ordinance No. 60 -22 are added to the Municipal Code as Sections 2716 through 2724. (g) Sections 1 through 3 of Ordinance 61 -62 are added to the Municipal Code as Sections 0100.5, 8201.1 and 3301.1. • (h) Sections 1327, 1323 and 1329 of the Municipal Code, adopted by Ordinance No. 62 -72, are renumbered 1328, 1329 and 1330. (1) Sections 8103 through 8109 of the Municipal Code, adopted by Ordinance No. 62 -75, are renumbered 7203 through 7209. (j) Sections 3305 (b), adopted by Ordinance No. 62 -90, is renumbered 3306 (b). (k) Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance 63 -108 are added to the Municipal Code as Sections 6204 and 6205. (1) Sections 2 and 3 of Ordinance No. 63 -113 are added to the Municipal Code as Sections 2202.1 and 2203. (m) Sections 3330 and 3330.4, adopted by Ordinance No. 63 -114, are renumbered as Sections 3333 through 3333.4.
