AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR REVALUATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret ("Borough") is in need of real property revaluation
services; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is authorized to seek proposals to provide said set -vices in
accordance with the competitive contracting process set forth pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:
11-4.1 et seq.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Borough's Qualified Purchasing is hereby authorized and directed to
solicit Request For Proposals to provide real property revaluation services for the
Borough pursuant to the competitive contracting process under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et
seq.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby
authorized to take any necessary action to facilitate the purposes set forth herein.
