AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR
2023 ANIMAL CONTROL
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for the 2023
Animal Control Contract; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for the 2023 Animal Control
Contract.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and the Borough Tax Assessor.
Adopted this 19°i day of January, 2023
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 20, 2022.
