SUMMARY STATEMENT:
McCall City Code §1.8.2 states that regular Council meetings will be held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month except when such regular meetings fall on a legal holiday,
then the meetings would be held on the preceding day unless otherwise fixed by the Council.
Historically Council has only altered their schedule for Holidays and the AIC Annual conference. The attached calendar and resolution reflect these changes. Should the Council wish to
adopt a new Council Meeting Schedule, Council will need to direct staff to prepare the appropriate documents to make those changes.
Attached are the calendar and Resolution 22-01.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Resolution 22-01 adopting the McCall City Council Meeting Schedule for 2022 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
