SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Idaho Independent Intergovernmental Authority (III-A) provides medical, pharmacy, and vision benefits for eligible City employees. Council approved a membership agreement with the
III-A in August of 2018 which renews annually automatically. If the City were to decide at some point to opt out of renewal, III-A must be notified by June 30th at 5pm of any given
year. Then, the City would be termed effective September 30th of that year. III-A provides each member agency’s governing board or council with a report each year detailing the prior
plan year. III-A Executive Director, Amy Manning, will present the annual report for the Trust which will include total membership numbers, financial reports, benefit enhancements,
and future goals.
