SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Bids were opened on February 24, 2022 for the original AIP 031 grant project. One bid was received. Costs were higher than budget. Staff and FAA revised the scope, eliminating reconstruction
of Taxiway E, and keeping reconstruction of Taxiway D and Rehabilitation of Runway 16-34. The FAA has requested a revised grant application to reflect the revised project. The project
formally known as AIP 031 is now known as AIP 033.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve revised Federal Aviation Administration grant application AIP 3-16-0023-033-2022 and authorize the mayor to sign all necessary documents.
