SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An application for a Planned Unit Development Final Plan and Subdivision Final Plat to create thirteen detached, single family dwelling units, one of which will be a deed restricted
local housing unit.
The applicant has proposed the attached escrow agreement to defer completion of public improvements until after the recordation of the final plat.
During its regularly scheduled March 1, 2022 meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended the application and associated escrow agreement to the McCall
City Council for approval.
Attached are the staff report, draft findings of fact, conclusions of law, and decision, development agreement, and application materials.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision documents for Running Horse Subdivision (PUD-20-01, SUB-20-04) and associated escrow agreement and authorize the Mayor
to sign all necessary documents.
