APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF PLENARY RETAIL CONSUMPTION
LIQUOR LICENSE NO.1201-33-009-008 FOR THE 2022-2023 LICENSE TERM
PURSUANT TO A SPECIAL RULING
GREAS, Pursuant to Resolution No. 07-22 adopted by the ABC Board of the

was formally renewed for the 2022-2023 Licensure Term; and
HEREAS, the ABC Board was subsequently notified by the New Jersey Division of
ooholic Beverage Control ("Division") that a Special Ruling pursuant to the provisions
N.J.S.A. 33: 1-12.39 was required for the renewal of the aforesaid License for the
22-2023 Licensure Term; and
AS, the Licensee, the Carteret Business Partnership, Inc., filed the required
Petition with the Division for the required Special Ruling pursuant to the
s of N.J.S.A. 33: 1-12.39: and
ERE'AS, according to the Director's Special Ruling, dated January 9, 2023, the ABC
rd has been authorized to now properly consider the Licensee's application for
wal of said License for the 20.22-2023 Licensure Term, in the reasonable exercise of
ABC Board's discretion, and subject to the Licensee complying with all of the
dished legal requirements therefore; and
, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by' the ABC Board of the Borough of
et, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
That Plenary Retail Consumption Liquor License No. 1201-33-
009-008 is hereby approved for renewal for the 2022-2023
Licensure Term, as authorized pursuant to the N.J.S.A. 33: 1-12.39
Special Rulingrelief granted by the Director on January 9, 2023,
subject to the Licensee having met all of the other requisite
requirements therefore.
3. That two (2) certified copies of the within Resolution be forwarded
to the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control,
Licenses Bureau as may be required or provided for.
