Present: Committee members, Councilman Paul Wolff, Councilman Rob Callahan, and Councilman Barry Brown Also present: Councilman Monty Parks and Mayor pro tem Wanda Doyle, Diane Schleicher, Joe Wilson, Doug Roberts, Monica Mastrianni, Angela Hudson and Chantel Morton. Meeting started at 5:30 with Chairman Wolff calling it to order. Old Business: North Beach Restrooms – review layout – Committee members reviewed layout with architects and discussed possibly shifting the buildings closer to the fort walls. CM to discuss with the historic society regarding the impacts. 3-0 committee members voted to have plan is to move layout proposal to the city council for conceptual approval. City Hall Needs Assessment – review layout – Committee members reviewed layout with architects with some minor tweaks. Committee members suggested using the vault space for the coin counter areas do to the noise issues concerns. 3-0 committee members voted to have the concept plan proposal to the city council for conceptual approval. Meeting adjourned at 6:45 pm A quorum of city council members may be present which would constitute a meeting.
