Attendees: Councilman Paul Wolff, Councilman Rob Callahan, Councilman Monty Parks, Councilman Barry Brown, Diane Schleicher, Joe Wilson
Meeting started at 5:30pm with Chairman Wolff calling the meeting to order.
Old Business:
North Beach Restrooms – discussion of the layout and Greenline change order due to the scope of services.
City Hall Needs Assessment – discussion of FEMA requirements and flood proofing versus elevation of building as well as possible challenges and costs associated with the requirements.
Proposed Upgrades to Jones Ave Paving Project – there was discussion of two upgrade options. Chairman Wolff asks for a motion to approve Alternative B for $19,500 additional cost to
make a better quality road. Councilman Callahan moved and Councilman Brown seconded. Motion approved by committee members unanimously 4-0.
Meeting adjourned at 5:44pm
A quorum of city council members may be present which would constitute a meeting.
