Present: Councilman Paul Wolff, Councilman Rob Callahan, and Councilman Barry Brown Also present: Diane Schleicher, George Reese. Meeting started at 5:30pm with Chairman Wolff calling the meeting to order. Approval of the previous meeting minutes: Chairman Wolff asks for a move to approve the minutes of the last meeting. Councilman Callahan moved to approve. Chairman Wolff seconded. Minutes approved 2-0. Old Business: Sludge Digester Update – Funding – Chairman Wolff asks for a motion to suggest that council budget for the shortfall from the GEFA Loan on the sludge digester into the next fiscal year and that we not borrow. Councilman Callahan moved and Councilman Brown seconded. Motion approved by committee members 3-0. New Business: Chairman Wolff stated that Mayor Buelterman would like to include the cost of LED lighting when budgeting for the new flag pole at the Tybee Entrance. This need to be brought to the attention of Joe Wilson when he returns from vacation. Meeting adjourned at 6:10pm A quorum of city council members may be present which would constitute a meeting.
