Present: Paul Wolff, Barry Brown, Rob Callahan, Joe Wilson, Cory Lauber, Chris Stovall, Diane Schleicher and Andy Davis. Approve the minutes of the previous meetings – Committee members approved the notes from the September 10, 2015 meeting 14th Street Restrooms Committee discussed the feasibility of relocating mobile restrooms – DPW is go review site and put together cost analysis and schedule for relocating restrooms during the winter months. Also, DPW is to determine if restroom and Burke’s Rental trailer can be located in the same area and provide enough room for vehicles backing out. North Beach Restrooms Update Current anticipated project budget - $785,000, and the bid schedule. - Pre-bid contractors meeting at city hall on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 bid opening at city hall on Tuesday, November 10th, 2015 Committee discussed the Georgia Power and AT & T Utility Relocate for $4,192.11 and recommended to the city council for approval. The AT&T – may not cost city for services. Committee discussed the Shallow Well Installation by McClain for $8,615 and recommended to the city council for approval. Committee discussed the Museum shallow well relocation by McClain to accommodate site for $1,210 and recommended to city council approval Amended Greenline Proposal for Architectural Services for Memorial Park Restrooms – No action, no proposal ready. GEFA Deep Well Project Update – discussion only Update on Sludge Digester Update – discussion only Hwy 80 Trails Project Update – discussion only Memorial Park Pavilion Plan – On Planning Commission Agenda for November 2015 – discussion only Update on ongoing and new drainage projects review – Cory Lauber updated committee members on status of multiple drainage projects including the North Beach Parking Lot drainage upgrade.
