RESOLUTION NO. 2014-05-03
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT
FOR IDENTIFYING INFLOW AND INFILLTRATION IN THE WASTEWATER COLLECTIONS
SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A PURCHASE
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes expenditures not to exceed
$20,700 for the purchase of eight (8) data logger flow meters as outlined by the Public
Works Director's staff report and authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a purchase
agreement.
2. This purchase agreement must be executed within fiscal year 2014 or this approval shall
no longer be effective.
