RESOLUTION NO. 2014-05-04
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR THE LASERFICHE RIO
ENTERPRISE CONTENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes expenditures for Laserfiche RIO
Software as outlined by the supplemental briefing.
2. All documents must be executed and software purchased within fiscal year 2014 or this
approval shall no longer be effective.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
