AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
SECTION IV (2) OF MOAB MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE 93-09
CLARIFYING THE DUTIES OF CITY MANAGER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MOAB CITY COUNCIL that Section IV (2) of
Ordinance 93-09 be amended to read as follows:
(2) The City Manager shall be the chief administrative
officer of the City and shall be responsible to the governing body
for the administration of all City affairs placed in his or her
charge. All City employees (including the Police Chief and other
department heads/statutory appointments) shall be under the
supervision and direction of the City Manager.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage. It
is retroactive to February 7, 1994.
