Inc. D/B/A Beach Raker for Beach Cleaning, Maintenance and Beautification
Services with an Effective Date of June 14, 2014 ("Agreement") -
Renewal of Agreement
Dear Mr. Greener:
Pursuant to Section 3.1 of the referenced Agreement, the Village hereby provides notice of
its election to renew or extend the Agreement for an additional two (2) year term, effective June 24,
2015. This letter shall confirm the agreement of the parties to extend the term of the Agreement as
of the end of the initial one (1) year term, which expired on June 24, 2015, for an additional two (2)
year term through June 24, 2017 (the "Renewal Term"). All terms, conditions and pricing as set
forth in the Agreement shall remain the same for the Renewal Term and are hereby ratified.
This Agreement shall be binding on the parties as of June 24, 2015. Please acknowledge
receipt and approval of this letter and the Renewal Term by signing below and returning the
executed letter to my attention via email and federal express delivery.
