CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES
FOR VIRGINIA AVENUE
WHEREAS, there is a need for three (3) general Handicapped Parking Spaces on the
PVT Nicholas Minue School side of Virginia Avenue between approximately twenty (20)
to approximately eighty (80) fdot from the intersection with Post Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no objection to
the approval of said Handicapped Parking Spaces; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS IIEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that said three (3) Handicapped Parking Spaces shall
be designated;
Adopted this 23rd day of March, 2023
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 24, 2023.
