AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY 0E- TEMPLE CITY
RE ADOPTING THE BUSINESS LICENSE ORDINANCE
OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES TO INCLUDE ALL
AMENDMENTS TO DATE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 6201 of the Temple City Municipal Code
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Section 6201 is hereby added to the Temple City
Municipal Code to read as follows:
"6201. Said County Ordinance No. 5860, as amended, being an
Ordinance regulating and licensing business and other activities is
hereby adopted and approved as the Business Regulation and Licecsing
Ordinance of Temple City; that in particular, all amendments to said
Ordinance No. 5860 being changes 1 through 66 are included, which
changes are all inclusive to and including September 14, 1964.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately as
an emergency ordinance. The City Council expressly finds that this
Ordinance is required to take effect immediately for the immediate
preservation of public peace, health and safety by the proper regula-
tion of certain business activities.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temple
City at a regular meeting held this 14th day of September, 1964.

NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
