AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE 2002 TEMPORARY
BUDGET
[HEREAS, The Revised Statutes of New Jersey 40A:4-20 provides
for the adoption of emergency temporary appropriations in
~ddition to temporary appropriations necessary for the period
between the beginning of the current fiscal year and th~ date
Df the adoption of the Local Budget for the Year 2002;
~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
~nd Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the following
~mendments to the temporary appropriations be made in the
~mounts and for the purposes herein set forth for the period
>etween January 1st, 2002 and the adoption of the Local
~udget for the Borough'of Carteret, County of Middlesex and
Jtate of New Jersey for the fiscal Year 2002:
