oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as

The city council of he city of
Medina has adopted irdinance
No. 469, an amendm:nt to sec-
tion 625 of the code of . rdinances
regarding alcoholic baverage li-
censes. The amend ent is the
first comprehensive re iew of the
city's liquor licensing r gulations
in recent years and is i tended to
bring the city's ordin.nce into
conformance with sta e law. A
number of definitio s, dollar
amounts of exemptio s from in-
surance requirements .nd hours
of operation for off -sale establish-
ments are amended to reflect
current statutory requi ements or
allowances. Requirements for
posting a bond at the time of li-
censure and the setba k from re-
ligious institutions are : liminated.
A technical problem th the on -
sale license class size limits and
several outdated term, and provi-
sions have been revis:d. The full
text of Ordinance No. 4.9 is avail-
able for inspection at edina city
hall during regular business
hours.
