ORDINANCE NO. 64-141
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
ADDING SUBSECTION 3 AND AMENDING SUB-
SECTION 2 OF SECTION 9000.603 OF THE
TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
The City Council of the City of Temple City does ordain as
SECTION 1. Sub - section 3 is hereby added to Sec. 9000.603
of the Temple City Municipal Code to read as follows:
"(3) on a lot or site having an area of more
than fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet
1000 square feet."
SECTION 2. Sub- section 2 of Section 9000.063 of the Temple
City Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(2) on a lot or site having an area of more than
ten thousand (10,000) square feet but not more than
fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet
1200 sq. ft."
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October 1964.
