August 16, 2016 6:00 P.M. Greencastle City Hall
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor Dory called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM; upon roll by Clerk- Treasurer Lynda
Dunbar the following were present: Adam Cohen, Stacie Langdon, Steve Fields, Tyler Wade
Mark Hammer, Gary Lemon and Dave Murray.
New Business
A. 2017 Budget Review
Clerk Treasurer Lynda Dunbar reviewed the budget with the Common Council Members.
Each line on the Form 4 -B Budget Estimate - Financial Statement — Proposed Tax Rate was
explained to the Council. Further discussion was held on historical cash flows and impact
of the budget. No formal action taken on the budget.
B. Adjournment:
Motion by Gary Lemon to dismiss at 8:35 PM, second by Steve Fields,
7 -0, motion carried.
