C) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS D) TRUSTEES COMMENTS E) PUBLIC COMMENTS F) WORKSHOP 1 ) ROWHOMES AT PRA IRIE CREEK Ryan Homes is seeking input from the Village Board on a revised land plan that reduces the number of townhomes from the original 212 units to 149 units . The applicant has attempted to address the Village Board’s previous floodplain concerns by modifying the plan to ensure that all the proposed units are outside a potential 500 year event and b y incorporating Best Management P ractices around the floodplain areas. 2 ) UPDATE ON CAPITAL PROJECTS Staff will give an update on Capital Projects.
