City Attorney Murphy informed C ity Council that there will be no update for Item D.
City Council recessed to closed session at 6 :31 p .m . and reconvened with all
members present at 7 :33 p .m .
CLOSED SESS ION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session and was
briefed on items A , B , and C. City Council gave direction to exp lore settlement for
C losed Sessio n Item A. There is no reportable action for Closed Session Item B and
C .
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7 :33 p .m .
