Reiman. Also noted present was Matthew Zwingraf, CME Associates. Also noted absent was Ricardo Llanos, Treasurer. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE STATEMENT OF MEETING NOTICE Emailed to the Home News Tribune and posted on the bulletin board on December 6, 2022, notice was published in the Home News Tribune on December 8, 2022. OPEN TO PUBLIC Upon MMS&C, by Vice Chairman Caliguari and Alternate Wutkowski and unanimous affirmative vote of the three (3) members present, the meeting was opened to the public. MEETING CLOSED There being no comments or discussion, upon MMS&C, by Alternate Wutkowski and Vice Chairman Caliguari and unanimous affirmative vote of the three (3) members present, the meeting was closed to the public. 1 December 13, 2022 *Clerk's note: BOARD CLERK POGORZELSKI, TREASURER'S REPORT Ricardo wasn't able to attend the meeting as he was on a conference call with the state. Ricardo asked that I report per our conversation this morning we are still waiting to receive the 2021 audit from the auditors, when we receive it, it will be reviewed and sent to the state for their approval so that it can be adopted by the board. MATTHEW ZWINGRAF, CME ASSOCIATES At the end of October there was a fire at the end of "B" dock which effected several boats and did damage to the docks. A week later a tug boat and barge collided with the pier extension, CME is currently getting quotes for maintenance and repair of both incidents and will share the information with the mayor. Surveillance cameras are currently being installed for safety and security going forward. ADJOURN Alternate Wutkowski made a motion to adjourn the meeting at approximately 2:06 p.m. Vice Chairman Caliguari second the motion. Vice Chairman Caliguari, member Kaskiw and Alternate Wutkowski voted in the affirmative.
