Dear Ms. Missroon:
I reter to Department of Army application 990014990, which
you submitted for a permit to construct a private, single family,
recreational dock facility located in navigable waters of the
United States. The dock facility would be located in Horsepen
Creek, adjacent to lot 144, Tybee Island, Chatham County,
Georgia. In the future, please refer to permit number 99001,49901,
for all inqi,�ires relating to this action.
We have reviewed your application and determined that the
proposed dock facility is authorized by Regional General Permit
RP0084, provided all work is accomplished in accordance with
approved plans (encl I). Construction, modification, use and
maintenance of the dock facility must also be consistent with all
applicable terms and conditions found in RP0084 (encl 2). This
,authorization will be valid for a period of 3 years from the date
of this letter.
This communication does not convey any property rights,
either in real estate or material or any exclusive privileges,
and it does not authorize any injury to property or invasion of
rights or any infringement of federal, state, or local laws or
regulations, nor does it obviate the requirement to obtain State
or local assent reqiaired by law for the activity described
herein. It does not affect your liability for any damages that
may be caused by the work, nor does it authorize any interference
with any existing or proposed Federal project.
