RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF A NON -FAIR
AND OPEN CONTRACT FOR LIGHTING SYSTEM
AT THE CARTERET PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
WHEREAS, the BOROUGH OF CARTERET is in need of a lighting system at the
Carteret Performing Arts Center.in the Borough as a non -fair and open contract pursuant
to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:44A-20.4 or 20.5; and
WHEREAS, Acir Professional has submitted a proposal indicating they will provide
these services for $27,085.22; and
WHEREAS, Acir Professional, 1421 Cantillon Blvd., Mays Landing, NJ 08330, has
completed and submitted a Business Entity Disclosure Certification which certifies that
Acir Professional has not made any reportable contributions to a political or candidate
committee in the Borough of Carteret in the previous one year, and that the contract will
prohibit Acir Professional from making any reportable contributions through the term of
the contract, and
WHEREAS, the CFO has certified the availability of fiords; and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret authorizes the CFO to enter into a contract with Acir Professional as described
herein; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Business Disclosure Entity Certification and
the Determination of Value be placed on file with this resolution.
