ORDINANCE NO. 65 -147
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY BY ADOPTING AN AMENDED
ZONING MAP FOR AREAS IN ZONES 3 - 7 - 8 - 9
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That certain official zoning map of the City of
Temple City adopted March 9, 1964, by the City Council of the City of
Temple City is hereby amended by substituting new area maps for areas
3, 7, 8, and 9, as per the maps attached hereto, marked Exhibits "A"
(Area 3) "B" (Area 7) "C" (Area 8) and "D" (Area 9) and made a part
hereof as though set forth in full.
SECTION 2: The City Council does hereby declare that the
zoning changes made pursuant to Section cl, are required to take effect
immediately for the public peace, health and safety and being so, the
City Council does declare that this ordinance shall take effect immed-
iately.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be published in the Temple
City Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Temple
City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 1965.

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on January
25, 1965, and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on February 8, 1965, by the following called vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Dickason, Harker, Nunamaker, Tyrell, Merritt
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
