AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 O THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD REGARDING
ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL AND KENDALL
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
I. That Chapter 4, Article II, Section 4-22 (a) of the Code of Ordinances is
hereby amended as follows:
Class F: The number of licenses is changed from 15 to 16
Class K: The number of licenses is changed from 16 to 17
Class K-1: The number of licenses is changed from 6 to 7
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval, and publication in pamphlet form as required by law.
This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. 3164.
