AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR THE; LEASING
OF VARIOUS PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, the Borough is desirous of soliciting bids for the leasing of following.
referenced municipal properties not needed for public use;
1. Holy Family School Property
2. Property Located Behind Chrome Avenue
3. Portion of Germack Drive
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the Borough's Purchasing
Agent, along with participation of the other appropriate Borough Officials and
consultants, are hereby authorized and directed to advertise and solicit bid proposals for
the leasing of the above referenced properties not needed for public use.
