AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 02-45/THEODORE SURICK
WH£R£AS, on January 31, 2002, the Borough of CarteFet adopted
Resolution No. 02-45 providing For the settlement of disciplinary charges
which had been brought against Theodore SuFick; and
WH£R£AS, the terms of said Resolution provided for the reimbursement
of a portion of the legal fees incurred by Mr. SuFiCk in the defense of said
charges and a related municipal court complaint; and
WHEREAS, said payment should be made directly to the law firm of
Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, 90 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, N.]
07095; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that
Resolution No. 02-45 be amended to provide for direct payment to the
law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, 90 Woodbridge Center Drive,
Woodbridge, N3 07095 for the legal services rendered on behalf of Mr.
Surick in the above described metters.
BE, I'T, FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be
forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing Department.
