A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING AN EV CHARGE
STATION FEE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the establishment of an EV Charge
Station Use Fee based on the current Southern California Edison rates and ChargePoint
administrative fee and EV Charge Station Penalty Fee (Exhibit "1") and implementing new
fees effective October 1, 2022; and
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 6th day of September, 2022.

meeting held on the 6th day of September 2022, by the following vote:
