RESOLUTION NO. 2014-05-08
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR THE PURCHASE OF NEW LOADER
FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser is the Manager of the Joint Facilities on behalf of the member
entities; and
WHEREAS, the 2014 Joint Facilities Capital Replacement Reserve Fund Budget provides for
the purchase of a new Loader on behalf of the member entities and the entities support this
acquisition.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Manager is hereby authorized to expend up to $150,000 for the purchase of
a new Loader for the Wastewater Treatment Plant as outlined in the staff briefing.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
THIS 28th DAY OF MAY, 2014.
