Re: American Relief Plan Act(ARPA)Tranche 2 Funding Update

- -The-Idaho-State Controller's-Office-is-expecting-to-receive-the second-tranche-of-the American—
Relief Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA)funding from U.S. Treasury within the upcoming week. The
State Controller's Office is on track to deliver quick payments to all Non-Entitlement Units of
Local Government(NEU)that received first tranche funding.
NEU's will not be required to submit any additional request forms as second tranche payments
will be automatically issued.
Please Note: Per Treasury guidance, any NEU that did not receive its first tranche
payment is not eligible for this second tranche payment.
Should you choose to decline the receipt of tranche 2 ARPA funds, please send an email to
ARPA@sco.idaho.gov confirming your decision to decline the funds before the close of
business on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. If no notice is received, tranche 2 funds will be
automatically disbursed to all NEU's that received the first tranche of funding.
