1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Man called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

Councilmember Chavez made a motion to excuse Mayor Sternquist for cause.
Seconded by Councilmember Vizcarra.
