AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING SECTION
2703 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE TIME OF COUNCIL MEETINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 2703 of the Temple City Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
2703. Council Meetings. Regular meetings of
the -City Council shall be held on the first and
third Tuesdays of each month at the hour of
7 :30 p. m., or the next succeeding day which
is not a holiday.
SECTION 2. The Council declares that it is necessary to
make this Ordinance immediately effective as an urgency measure for
the reason that without such change, difficulties in attendance of a
quorum and personnel may be experienced.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify and attest to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
once in the Temple City Times, a semi - weekly newspaper, published and
circulated in the City of Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND. ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1965.

No. 65 -150, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Temple City, held on the 12th day of April, 1965,
and was duly passed, approved and signed by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk at a regular meeting of said City Council held on
the 12th day of April, 1965, as an urgency ordinance, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Councilmen Dickason, Merritt, Nunamaker, Tyrell, Harker
NOES: Councilmen — None
ABSENT: Councilmen- None
