APPROVING TRANSFER OF SAM LUGO FROM THE STREETS AND ROADS
DEPARTMENT TO PARKS DE PARTM ENT
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Laborer in the Parks Department; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to fill said position; and
WHEREAS, Sam Lugo is a Truck Driver in the Streets and Roads Department; and
WHEREAS, Sam Lugo has applied for said position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Cartcret that
SAM LUGO
will be transferred from Truck Driver in the Streets and Roads Department to Laborer in
the Parks Department of the Borough of Carteret, effective March 4, 2002.
BE IT RESOLVED that said transfer is subject to approval by the New Jersey
Department of Personnel;
Adopted this 28t}~ day of February, 2002
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 1, 2002.
